I’m not really a YouTube person.

I didn’t buy her books and she doesn’t watch my videos. We meet up and have coffee and talk around things, only mention what we love where there is no intersection: she gets massages every Thursday, I really like Korean skincare. It’s light, you can walk away from without feeling loss or longing or any other terrible thing. Thai or Swedish? Hot stones or reflexology? AHAs need to be used with SPF, toner helps clear up the excess oil. I try to get out of it a million times before I show up, but only in a peripheral manner: I get out at five-thirty, I have an appointment beforehand, the traffic in this city is terrible. We make it to the cafe by default–nothing else came up. We pretend like this has always been the case.
